This Privacy Policy explains how FightFolio ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Nabix. We take your privacy seriously, particularly given the sensitive nature of the documents our customers process.
1. Information we collect
Account information — your email address and any profile details you provide when you sign up.
Documents you upload — the files you submit for classification or translation. These are processed to deliver your results and deleted on a fixed schedule afterward.
Usage data — information about how you use the service, such as job history, credit balance, and basic request logs. This is used to operate and improve the service.
Payment information — we do not store your payment details. Purchases are processed by Paddle, who acts as our merchant of record and handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Deliver and operate the service
- Process your documents and return results
- Manage your account and credits
- Send transactional emails (job completion, purchase receipts)
- Investigate and prevent abuse or security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not use your documents to train AI models. Document processing is performed under contractual terms with our AI providers that prohibit such use.
3. Data sharing
We share data with a limited set of third-party service providers necessary to operate Nabix, including cloud infrastructure, authentication, object storage, and AI processing providers. Each sub-processor is bound by data protection obligations. We do not share your data with advertisers or sell it to third parties.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
4. Data retention
Uploaded documents and job results are deleted automatically on a fixed schedule after your results are ready (typically 7 days). You can permanently delete any job and its files at any time from your dashboard. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes.
5. Security
Your documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to your account and our authorized personnel. We build on infrastructure that holds independent security certifications. While we implement strong security measures, no system is completely immune to risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or request a portable copy. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@nabix.app. We will respond within 30 days.
EU and UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to secure your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. No cookie consent banner is shown because we only use strictly necessary cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the dashboard before they take effect.
