Refund Policy

Nabix is a service operated by FightFolio. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Credit packs
Credit packs may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been consumed. Once credits have been used — even partially — the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. Unused credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely, so you will never lose credits you have paid for.
Processing errors
If a job fails due to an error on our side and credits were charged, those credits will be returned to your account automatically within 24 hours. If the automatic refund does not appear, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@nabix.app with your account email address and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and quickly. Uncontested chargebacks may result in account suspension.
