Terms of Service

1. The service

Nabix provides AI-assisted tools for classifying, organizing, and translating documents. The service is provided on a pay-per-use basis using credits. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any documents you submit.

2. Account registration

You must create an account to use Nabix. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and acting on your own behalf or with authority to bind the organization you represent.

3. Credits and payment

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you submit a job — one credit per document classified, one credit per page translated. Credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits do not expire. All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected at checkout.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your payment details are handled directly by Paddle and are never stored on our servers.

4. Refunds

Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been consumed are not refundable. If a job fails due to an error on our side and credits were charged, those credits will be returned to your account. See our full Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you do not have the legal right to process
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its underlying models
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice where necessary to protect the service or other users.

6. Your data and documents

You retain all ownership of the documents you upload. We do not claim any rights to your content. We use your documents only to deliver the results you request and delete them on a fixed schedule after your results are ready. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

The Nabix platform, its design, software, and trademarks are owned by FightFolio. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all results before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FightFolio's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention schedule.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FightFolio is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
